Leadership Trainings with Rory Underwood

„Eliminating waste“, one of the main principles of lean management. Whereas lean originally distinguished between 7 types of waste, nowadays 8 types of waste are known. The 8th waste being “Underutilized human potential”.

But what is your company doing to make maximum use of human potential?

Considering employee skills and interests when assigning them to a new job sure is the first important step towards making use of human potential. Furthermore, existing skills should be further enhanced and interests further supported. But there is a third step, which allows to unlock enormous potential, but still is used rather rarely.

Rory Underwood, former rugby union player and Royal Air Force pilot describes this step as follows:

Employees often have immense theoretical and practical skills. Often missing, however, are skills like self-leadership, self-management and the abilities for good and effective communication and teamwork. Consistently improving these skills implies synergy effects that unlock vast potentials.

Rory Underwood conducts motivational trainings and workshops using his expertise as former rugby player and pilot to achieve these very synergies. His captivating way, the vivid examples and his many years of experience in this field not only help his speeches and workshops to a lasting success, but also make them an unforgettable experience.

After having conducted our first leadership training at BMW/Mini (Oxford), we are looking forward to the further cooperation with Wingman Ltd. and Rory Underwood.
