Together with you, we work through a detailed question catalogue, discussing existing targets, basic organization, visualization, standardization, degree of synchronization, added value, plant condition and the quality situation of your process flows. That produces an initial global evaluation of the necessity to improve your processes.

We present the actual situation using a radar chart. That makes it easy for you to understand the most urgent improvement potentials. The aim here is to develop a road map (defining what is important and should be pursued based on a time schedule and defining the expected results) and to ensure process flows are lean and synchronous and therefore achieve maximum added value and reduced waste.
